The 5 step process to ensure our guttering work is at a ReACT standard
At ReACT we pride ourselves on providing professional service and quality workmanship to all our customers.
Quality control 1. We do an initial inspection
The initial inspection identifies guttering problems and presents a cost effective solution.
First we make an appointment at a time convenient to you. We get on top of your roof and check your guttering problems. If we need to, we take digital photographs as evidence. Once we've finished the inspection we prepare a detailed report and quotation for a cost effective solution.
Quality control 2. We do a check measure
We check measure the job by getting a second tradesperson to assess the original diagnosis. The second tradesperson's job is to discuss the job with you and make sure the quotation is correct and that enough materials have been quoted. This ensures the job runs smoothly and that you get what you pay for.
The works manager will then organise a time and day to position the stock at your home.
Quality control 3. We order materials
When everything has been measured correctly, ReACT orders materials, arranges a day for delivery and finds the safest place, convenient to you, to position the stock. On delivery, the works manager inspects the stock to make sure it hasn't been damaged.
Quality control 4. We begin installation
New guttering is installed quickly using a high level of workmanship.
Highly experienced ReACT tradesmen will turn up at a time appointed by the works manager. The tradesmen will start the job in an orderly and professional way to an Australian standard and industry guidelines, using quality tools.
Quality control 5. We do a final inspection
ReACT sends a quality inspector to assess the finished job.
The final quality inspection is critical to ensure the work fits with our workmanship quality standards. We do this for endurance of your warranty and because we actually care that the job is of a ReACT standard.
The gutter is water tested to make sure any leaks or other problems are fixed before we class the job as complete.
